I keep getting storage errors saying the my storage is exceeded, but I am only using 34.3 GB or 3% Microsoft storage. Also, I have two onecloud accounts and do not know how to fix.

    Hello,

Most storage errors happen when two different accounts are used, such as one personal account and one work or school account, since each has separate storage. Please sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/servicesand confirm your Microsoft 365 subscription shows Active, then check https://account.microsoft.com/storageto see which account shows the 34.3 GB usage. If your plan is active but storage still shows exceeded, sign out of OneDrive and sign back in using the account with the active subscription.
