Are you able to sign in at admin.microsoft.com with your work or school account?
For Microsoft 365 for business, only a Global Administrator or Billing Administrator can renew the subscription. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, go to Billing, then Your products, and select Renew. If you do not see Billing or receive a permission error, you need to contact your organization’s Global Administrator.
