Where do I find a copy of the suport chat transcript?

I spoke with Microsoft support and, at the end of the chat, there was an option to download the complete transcript. However, after ending the chat, I can no longer download it.

Where can I find a copy of the conversation? Is it possible to send it to my email address registered to my Microsoft account?

Based on your description, I would like to clarify that the script you received is intended only to capture the ticket history for our engineering team’s investigation. It is not a meeting transcript file, so there is unfortunately no transcript available to download from that script.

But I don't understand. I can download the chat history while I'm talking to live support, but I can't after the conversation ends?

That doesn't make sense, and I need the transcript. Could you send it to me by email?
