Hello,
How do I download Office Home & Business 2021 for Mac? I keep going in a loop through the microsoft website and am unable to download it. I just bought the digital download from Woot last month and entered the product key today and I can access the apps on the web via M365 but I have not been able to figure out how to download it so I can install it.

I've logged into my microsoft account and I see it listed under subscriptions but when I click the "Install" it does not download anything but creates a pop's up message that says "Download and install for Mac

When you install Microsoft 365, Microsoft collects data about your device's operating system, disk space, and download performance to measure and improve the installation process"

I'm on a 2020 Macbook air with an i5 processor and 8gb ram and 256 gb hard drive that I've downloaded less than 10gbs onto and I'm on the latest MacOS Sequoia Version 15.7.4 (24G517)

    Hello !

Have you tried with another browser ? Sometimes, using another web browser can solve the issue.

If you're not able to download Office for whatever reason, you can also get the latest version of Office from Microsoft Learn : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/update-history-office-for-mac (under "Release history for Office for Mac") to download the latest complete Office suite.

Download the .pkg file, install it. Open any Office app, and log in with your Microsoft account. You should be able to use Office without issues.

Please let me know if you have any other question !

As you have an older Mac not supported by office 365, you need to download an earlier version. Try:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/update-history-office-for-mac

As you found, office 2021 appears to be the lastest supported by Sequoia.
