Reset Microsoft Store cache
- Press Win + R > run
wsreset.exe
Repair/Reset Xbox and Gaming Services
- Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Xbox > Advanced options > Repair
- If Repair does not work, select Reset.
- Repeat the same Repair/Reset for Gaming Services.
Clear Xbox Identity cache
- Press Win + R > run:
%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker - Delete the Accounts and Cache folders, then restart.
Remove old Xbox credentials
- Open Credential Manager > Windows Credentials
- Delete entries like
Xbl|DeviceKeyandXbl|GrtsDeviceKey - Restart and try sign-in again.
