If you're not receiving emails from 1040.com and they aren't in your junk folder or blocked list, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Inbox Rules: Ensure that there are no inbox rules set up that might be moving or deleting emails from this sender.
    2. Spam Filters: Verify that your spam settings in your email client (like Outlook) or your email server (like Exchange or Microsoft 365) are not blocking emails from this domain.
    3. Email Server Settings: Make sure that your email server is accepting external emails from the domain. Sometimes, specific domains can be inadvertently blocked by email security settings.
    4. Contact the Sender: Ask the sender to check if their emails are being bounced back or if there are any issues on their end.
    5. Test with Another Email: Try adding a different email address to see if you can receive emails from 1040.com there, which can help identify if the issue is specific to your account.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to contact your email service provider for further assistance.

    Hello,

The issue is on their end, not yours.

Their domain is failing email authentication checks. They need to review and correct their DNS email records, specifically:

SPF: verifies which mail servers are allowed to send on behalf of their domain

DKIM: adds a cryptographic signature so recipients can verify the message was not altered

DMARC: ties SPF and DKIM together and tells receiving systems how to handle messages that fail

Until their SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured correctly and passing, some recipients (including Microsoft) may continue to reject or quarantine their messages.

If you have a way of contacting them, feel free to send this information to them.
