I recently purchased Microsoft 365 Business Standard and I can not use my product key to activate my purchase. It says This product key was redeemed by rs*********@uol.com.br** on February 5, 2026 (13 days ago).

That is not my information. It looks like someone stole it. I need help with this!

It sounds like you are experiencing an issue with your Microsoft 365 Business Standard product key being associated with another account. This can happen if the key was previously redeemed by someone else. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: Since the product key appears to be linked to another account, you should reach out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They can help verify the ownership of the product key and investigate any potential unauthorized use.
    2. Check Purchase Details: Ensure that you purchased the product key from a legitimate source. If you bought it from a third-party seller, consider contacting them as well.
    3. Provide Proof of Purchase: Be ready to provide proof of purchase to Microsoft Support, as this will help them assist you more effectively.
    4. Consider a New Key: If the key cannot be recovered, you may need to purchase a new product key to activate your Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription.

Taking these steps should help you address the issue with your product key.
