Copilot desktop app fails on my device after sign‑in. Web and mobile versions work. I’ve reset WAM, certificates, WebView2, firewall, network stack, and reinstalled the app. I believe my device’s Copilot registration is stuck on the backend, but only Microsoft can reset this. Additionally, when I try to chat with an agent it immediatly fails. I have had this issue for over a month and spent countless hours troubleshooting, I need help please!

I think that ur desktop isn’t the prob, the Copilot device‑reg drifted off the backend’s token graph and u can wipe the AAD/WAM bits but these sync‑drift cases only clear when MS rebinds that device‑reg on their side so the client can latch again.
