Can resolve issue in Partner Center used for hardware kernel driver signing

I am trying to sign a hardware kernel driver. I have done this 100s of time. This time when I log into the Partner Center I get a message that I need to deal with some issue "There is action to complete your enrollment. Please complete your verification on verification summary page." I click on this link and the Legal Info page comes up, but it shows "Program Not Found". There is no action I can take from this page.

I have tried three different browsers and two different PCs. I have cleared my cache. Rebooted the PCs.

The account settings still show that I have a legitimate account. They show that I have permission to submit hardware. The signed cert that I last submitted it still there and has not expired. They show that something needs fixing, but I can never get to a page that shows me what I need to do.

I have had a nice conversation with the AI, but it really just showed me the documentation that I had already reviewed.

Nothing I have done allows me to get point where I can submit new hardware.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Here's a screen shot that I get to when I click on the verification summary page link:

    Hi Folks,

I am still having this issue. I can no longer sign drivers, this is becoming a major issue for my company. We cannot release new software for our new hardware products. This will be the end of our company if we can't get driver signed soon.

Appreciate any ideas, no matter how far fetched...
