    Hi,

Are you currently using the same Microsoft account that you used to purchase the subscription?

If you recently purchased additional space, please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours to update across all services. If you still don’t see the change after that time, try signing out and back in.

After that time frame, check if your storage space has been updated by visiting: https://outlook.live.com/

Go to Settings > Accounts > Storage

Expand both the Microsoft Storage and Cloud Storage sections

If the storage is not updated, I suggest contacting Microsoft Support directly so they can check it for you:

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent.

If you are receiving messages that your Outlook storage is almost full despite having a subscription that includes 1TB of storage, you may need to check a few things:

    1. Verify Your Subscription: Ensure that your subscription is active and that it indeed includes the 1TB of storage. You can do this by logging into the Microsoft 365 admin center and checking your subscription details.
    2. Check Storage Usage: Sometimes, the storage usage may not be accurately reflected. You can check your storage usage by going to the Outlook settings and looking for storage information.
    3. Link Your Account: If your Outlook is not linked to the correct account, you may not be accessing the storage associated with your subscription. Make sure you are logged in with the correct Microsoft account that has the subscription.
    4. Contact Support: If everything seems correct but the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They can help you troubleshoot the issue further.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the storage issue you're experiencing with Outlook.
