Thank you for getting back to me - but it it is auto-shutdown is off already...
Here the error
I can't connect to my VM is saying deallocated

I can't connect to my VM is saying deallocated.
And zero support as I am trying to buy the VM new... This is not helpful Support.
Not sure what to do as I need to use the VM

Look at the vm Activity log in the azure portal to determine what's the reason? Go to the portal and select your VM and check if you have Auto Shutdown enabled: If yes, make sure to turn it off

i understand Microsoft wants us to pay for support but i did not even really bought the service.
However we are serious and i already configured the machine and put the apps we need on it.
So seeing the weak support is concerning. -
