See this video regarding managing OneDrive backup. You can turn off the backup there.

To prevent Microsoft from rearranging your files and moving them to the "Documents" folder, you can take the following steps:

    1. Check OneDrive Settings: Ensure that your OneDrive settings are configured correctly. If OneDrive is set to back up certain folders (like Desktop, Documents, and Pictures), it may automatically move files to these locations. You can disable this feature by going to OneDrive settings and managing the backup options.
    2. Organize Files Manually: If files are being moved automatically, consider organizing your files manually and ensuring they are saved in the correct directories. You may also want to avoid saving files directly to the default folders that OneDrive backs up.
    3. Use a Different Folder Structure: If you prefer a specific folder structure, create your own directories outside of the default locations that OneDrive monitors. This can help keep your files organized as you want them.
    4. Disable OneDrive Notifications: If notifications about file movements are bothersome, you can turn off OneDrive notifications to reduce distractions.

If the issue persists, you may want to consult Microsoft support for further assistance regarding file management and OneDrive settings.
