Agent Saves files but I can't find them

Copilot Agent has created a file, see below but I can't find out how to access it.

The file /workspace/excel_report/lewis-calculations-review/QSCTC Lewis Rules.xlsx is an Excel file, not a text file. To access it in Visual Studio Code:

Open the Explorer pane (usually on the left sidebar).

Navigate to the folder: workspace/excel_report/lewis-calculations-review/.

Locate and double-click on QSCTC Lewis Rules.xlsx to open it.

If you want to view or edit the contents, you may need an Excel extension for VS Code, or you can open the file with Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet application outside of VS Code.

If you need to process or read this file programmatically, you can use a library like openpyxl (Python) or xlsx (Node.js), depending on your project's language.
