    Hi,

May I ask what specific game it is?
Does this happen to all the games?
What platform are you using, like the MS Store app, Xbox app, or Steam?

If it is a Minecraft or any other game that requires signing in using your Microsoft account, please try to sign out or remove the account in the game and restart your PC. Try signing in again.

I look forward to your response.

    Stay Safe!

Changing your email on your Microsoft account can sometimes lead to temporary network issues, particularly if the new email address has not fully propagated through Microsoft's services or if there are any lingering authentication issues. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check Network Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly. You can try restarting your router or connecting to a different network.
    2. Sign Out and Back In: Sign out of your Microsoft account on your device and then sign back in. This can help refresh your account settings.
    3. Update Windows: Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date. Sometimes, updates can resolve connectivity issues.
    4. Check for Service Issues: Visit the Microsoft 365 Service health status page to see if there are any known issues affecting services that could impact your gaming experience.
    5. Firewall and Antivirus Settings: Ensure that your firewall or antivirus software is not blocking your connection to the game servers. You may need to add exceptions for the game or temporarily disable the software to test.

If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
