    Greetings!

This Tin, sorry to hear that you're experiencing audio issue with your device. I'll do my best to help. May I know when the problem started? Have any changes been made?

Please send the make and model of your device. (Press Windows key + R and type msinfo32 and press enter, search for system model)

What version of Windows are you running? (Press Windows key + R and type winver and press enter)

Check and follow the steps below:

    1.Update Windows

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/update-windows-3c5ae7fc-9fb6-9af1-1984-b5e0412c556a

    1. Run the Audio troubleshooter

Click on the Start menu and type Troubleshoot and then press enter

Find the Audio option and then run it

    Check if the problem persists.

    1. Check if your speaker was set as the default device.

To check, press Windows key + R and type mmsys.cpl then press enter

On the Playback tab, make sure the speaker is marked as the default device You can

also check it by clicking the speaker icon on the taskbar

Then click on the arrow option and choose your speaker

    1. Update or Reinstall the Sound, video and game controllers

Please press the Windows key + X

    Then click Device manager

Kindly expand the Sound, video and game controllers

Right click and choose "Update Driver"

    Select "Search automatically for drivers"

If the issue persists Choose "Browse my computer for driver" instead

and click " Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"

    Choose the older version.

If it will still the same, please uninstall the driver and restart your device.

Once done, please restart your device. No worries as it will reinstall the drivers automatically after restart. Please check if the issue was fixed after the reboot.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Tin

To troubleshoot the sound issue on your PC, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Device Manager: Open Device Manager and ensure that your audio drivers are installed and functioning properly. If not, you may need to update or reinstall the drivers.
    2. Update Audio Drivers: Visit your device manufacturer's website to download the latest audio drivers for your system model. If you've recently updated them, consider rolling back to a previous version to see if that resolves the issue.
    3. Run the Audio Troubleshooter: Go to the Settings app, navigate to System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters, and run the Playing Audio troubleshooter. This tool can help identify and fix common audio problems.
    4. Check Volume Settings: Make sure that the system volume is set to an appropriate level. You can also check the app-specific volume settings if your system supports them.
    5. Inspect Audio Endpoints: Ensure that all audio endpoints (like speakers and headphones) are connected properly. You can check this in the sound control panel by typing mmsys.cpl in the command prompt. Make sure to enable "Show Disabled Devices" and "Show Disconnected Devices" to see all audio devices.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, you may want to consult additional resources or support for further assistance.
