I purchased Microsoft 365 business basic and its not pushing through

i have tried purchasing the said license but payment is not pushing through. i have purchased a total of 5 times and said that i already have it but there are no email receipts. then when i revisit the license part, its not there.

Im frustrated. i need it as i already have a client that need my email address

    Due to you are Global admin. I recommend raise support ticket from Microsoft Admin Center
    1/ Log into admin.microsoft.com with your admin credentials.

    2/ Select the green help & support button typically located at the bottom right of the admin center dashboard. Click on it to open the support pane.

    3/ In the search bar, type: “Billing - contact billing department / update billing profile / payment method”.

    4/ Select “Contact support”.     

    5/ Choose your preferences: preferred contact method, preferred time zone, and preferred contact language.
