    Hi Siddharth Baria,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

Some systems need specific Bluetooth drivers that did not preinstall by Windows.

Please navigate to your laptop or motherboard support page to download and install Bluetooth drivers for your system.

If you have trouble in finding them, please share your laptop or motherboard model and Windows version you're using, I will take a look and give you the download link.

If you have any updates, please feel free to let me know.

What happens when you attempt to install the Bluetooth driver do you see any error message?

Could you please share your PC/Laptop brand and exact model?

Also, did Bluetooth work previously, or is this the first time you’re trying to use it?

If your Bluetooth devices are showing as not installed and you're having trouble connecting them, here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Check Bluetooth Support: Ensure that your computer has Bluetooth capability. If it does, verify that the Bluetooth radio is enabled in the Device Manager.
    2. Install Drivers: You may need to install or update the Bluetooth drivers. You can do this by:
      • Right-clicking on the Bluetooth device in Device Manager and selecting Update Driver Software.
      • Following the prompts to search for updated drivers automatically.
    3. Use Generic Drivers: If specific drivers are not available, you can try using a generic Bluetooth driver. In Device Manager, select Update Driver Software, then choose to browse your computer for drivers and select the generic Bluetooth adapter.
    4. Check for Conflicts: Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices interfering with the connection. Disconnect any unnecessary Bluetooth devices.
    5. Bluetooth Settings: Ensure that the Bluetooth settings are properly configured. Close any Bluetooth settings windows that might be open in the background, as this can interfere with device pairing.
    6. Restart Bluetooth Services: Sometimes, restarting the Bluetooth services can help. You can do this by going to the Services app, finding the Bluetooth Support Service, and restarting it.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to consider using an external Bluetooth adapter if the internal one is malfunctioning.
