Hey there, Angelin Blessy Jery
Please be aware that the system verifies if you are eligible for the Azure Students subscription using the information you have provided in the sign-up form. When you provide your university/school email address, it will then verify if the educational institution the email address belongs to is a verified educational institution that Microsoft has verified for using Microsoft's services.
Please can you check that you meet the requirements for the Azure Student subscription via this article here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/education-hub/azure-dev-tools-teaching/program-faq#azure-for-students
If you believe you are eligible, please speak to your IT department and see if any other student has registered for the Azure Student subscription. You could ask your IT team if they have a Microsoft Educational licence. If they have, then the educational institution has been verified as an academic institution that can apply for Microsoft educational products.
Kindly look into this and revert back as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, you will need to wait for the system to unblock you to sign up again. Support are unable to manually apply this licence/subscription to your account or tenant. The subscription can only be applied through the system that checks your eligibility when signing up for the subscription.
I don't know how long it takes for your account to be unblocked. I would have thought it would be around 24 to 48 hours before the account is unblocked so it can sign up for the Azure Student subscription.
Hope this helps,
Nathan
