Microsoft office home and student 2021/ home 2024 perpetual (lifetime) license activation

Question

I buy an laptop with an microsoft office home and can only be activated after 7 days in purchase but i upgrade my laptop memory before the 7 days in purchase to 1tb and my laptop have only 1 memory slot? How do i activate this free microsoft office home with the new memory, the old memory of this laptop i have it still and i already put it in my external hard drive.

Open the Store app

At the top of the Store, is there a notification 'Included with this Device', listing 'Office Home and Student', if so, that is where you can install and activate Office from.

If not, did you swap out the drive on that laptop before you activated the included Office licence, and if so, is the original Windows 11 installation still on the original drive that you replaced.
