    Hi Jennie,

In the bounce back message, do you see if the content is identified as a spam?

Are you a paid Microsoft 365 subscriber?

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

To prevent your group emails from being blocked in Outlook, you can adjust the settings of your Microsoft 365 group to allow emails from external senders. Here are the steps to do that:

    1. Open the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. Select Group > Active groups.
    3. Search for and select the group whose settings you want to change.
    4. Select the Settings tab.
    5. Under General settings, find and select Allow external senders to email this group.
    6. Select Save.

By enabling this setting, your group will be able to receive emails from external addresses, which should help in delivering your notifications about your change of address to your friends.
