I can't see my certificate after passing the exam what should i do?

Now I passed ms-102 on 16 Feb, until now Ican't see my credential or certificate on learn ,
when I go to profile>credential>certificate>press on passed exam>it takes me to persona again to schedule the exam time but I already passed
