Where did you get the Windows licence was that pre-installed on the PC or did you purchase a full retail Windows licence from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer?

Or is your Windows licence based on a previous Windows 7 or 8 licence?

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog

    3

Download the free ShowKeyPlus app from the Microsoft Store.

Please provide a screenshot of that app window and please hide your product key in the screenshot.

To restore the product keys for your desktops, you can follow these steps:

    1. Use the Command Prompt: If you have access to the system, you can retrieve the product key by running a command in an elevated Command Prompt. Use the following command:
         wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey

This command may display the product key if it's available.
    2. Registry Access: If the product key is not retrievable through the command line, you can check the registry. The product key is often embedded in the system registry. You can navigate to the following registry path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion Look for the ProductId or DigitalProductId values.
    3. Third-Party Key Finder Utilities: If the above methods do not work, consider using third-party utilities designed to extract product keys from the system registry or BIOS.
    4. Digital License: If the desktops were previously activated with a digital license linked to a Microsoft account, signing in with that account may automatically reactivate Windows without needing to enter the product key manually.
    5. Contact Microsoft Support: If you are unable to retrieve the product keys, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance, especially if you have the serial numbers and need to verify ownership.

Following these steps should help you restore the product keys for your desktops.
