If we weren't able to create a brand and campaign which is a compliance needed to enable the SMS in MS Teams, would it be okay to use a third party tool instead?

To enable SMS in Microsoft Teams, you must create a brand and campaign that comply with the necessary regulations. If you are unable to create a brand and campaign, using a third-party tool for SMS would not be compliant with Microsoft Teams' requirements. SMS in Teams is specifically designed to work with approved brands and campaigns to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Therefore, it is not advisable to use a third-party tool as a workaround for SMS functionality in Teams.
