Hello,

I have an active subscription which expires on the 6th of August, but when I load Excel it's saying it can't be found. It seems like Apple hasn't given the code to Microsoft. How do I contact someone at Microsoft to fix this?

Thank you

    Greetings!

This is Tin, I'll do my best to help. Since you've mentioned that Apple didn't give code to Microsoft it means you've purchased the license from Apple, have you checked the status of your subscription from Apple already? If it's active, please try to sign out and sign back in your account from MS Office app, please make sure that you're using the right account.

    Will wait for your response.

    Thanks,

    Tin

If you're encountering a "subscription not found" error in Excel despite having an active subscription, it could be due to a few reasons. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Your Subscription Status: Ensure that your subscription is indeed active. You can do this by visiting your Microsoft account page and checking the subscription details.
    2. Sign In with the Correct Account: Make sure you are signed in to Excel with the same account that holds the active subscription. Sometimes, users may have multiple accounts and might be logged into the wrong one.
    3. Update License: In Excel, go to File > Account and click on Update License. This may help in recognizing your subscription.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: If the issue persists, you can reach out to Microsoft support for assistance. You can find support options on the Microsoft website or through the Microsoft 365 admin center if you have admin access.
    5. Check Service Health: Sometimes, service interruptions can cause issues with subscription verification. You can check the service health in the Microsoft 365 admin center to see if there are any ongoing issues.

Following these steps should help you resolve the subscription issue you're facing with Excel.
