Lost access to Microsoft 365 Admin Center

Question

How do I regain access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center?

I am logging in using the account that has access to the admin center, but keep getting the below message. I can't even contact Microsoft for help, as it keeps asking me to log in with account that has permission. Has anyone experienced this? And does anyone know how to contact Microsoft directly to resolve this issue?

Based on the notification you received when trying to sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, it appears that your account don't have the required admin role to access the admin center.  

• Were you previously able to sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center using this same account? 
• Is there another admin account in your organization that might still have access?
