“Unable to Claim Free 3-Month PC Game Pass Included with Lenovo LOQ”

Hello,

I recently purchased a new Lenovo LOQ laptop that includes 3 months of PC Game Pass free.

When I try to claim the offer from Microsoft Store under “Included with device”, I get this error:

“Try that again. Something happened on our end.”

I have already:

Updated Windows completely

Reset Microsoft Store (wsreset)

Reset Xbox app and Gaming Services

Restarted multiple times

But the error still appears.

My Microsoft account email: [your email] Device name: Lenovo LOQ (visible in my Microsoft Devices page)

Please help me manually activate or attach the 3-month PC Game Pass offer to my account.
