My account has gotten hacked and whenever I try for help the site drags me in loops and when I request to speak to a representative it just sends around. Even when I call about my Issue they end the call on me? I have to make a new account on the same email and post about this hoping someone will help. Meanwhile I see my Minecraft account username get changed, my xbox account probably being used for botting and my verification code being sent to an email I can only assume is from taiwan (I'm from the US). My requests have also been closed without any update nor solution or even an attempt. Is there a single soul in Microsoft support because I need real help and not the Infinity loop

    Hi York,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

I’m really sorry to hear about the difficulties you've been facing, I know how stressful and frustrating account issues like this can be.

I want to clarify that we here in the Microsoft Q&A community do not have access to customer accounts, nor do we have the authority to make any changes to them. For security and privacy reasons, only the official Microsoft Support teams can investigate or modify account‑related data.

This is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

Additionally, we cannot intervene in how Microsoft Support handles or processes individual cases. Each case must be managed directly through the official support system so that identity verification and security protocols are properly followed.

To ensure you get connected with the correct, official Microsoft Support channels — and avoid any unofficial or potentially unsafe third-party numbers — please contact Microsoft about your case through:

Sorry once again for the trouble you're experiencing, and I truly hope a Microsoft Support agent will be able to assist you soon.
