Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,
I am requesting assistance with rebooking my exam without the 14 days waiting period and payment requirement.
Candidate: Borislava Hristova Latinova MS ID: MS1100907740 Registration ID: 528439942
My exam was scheduled for 21:15 last night. All OnVUE system checks passed, and I completed the steps to enter the waiting area. When the final test screen loaded, it incorrectly reported that Microsoft Edge was open. I followed the troubleshooting guide and restarted my laptop, but the error persisted.
After another restart, the system stated that I had missed my login time, even though I was on time and followed all instructions correctly.
Given this platform error, I kindly request to rebook the exam at the same time slot (around 21:15) on the earliest available date, ideally before next Thursday.
