I have lost all of my emails in msn.com How can I get them back?

I am using Office 365 but want to continue using my msn.com email account rather than my outlook.com account as my primary. In changing other settings and contact information, I was switched to outlook.com and not cannot reach my msn.com account and emails that were in there. How can I get them back?

When I attempted to set up an alias, the only alternative was for another outlook.com email address. It rejected my attempt to use my msn.com email address and said it was a reserved domain.
