ı can not reach my academic license for azure. my mail was not acceptable. ı do not know why.

Do you have the same email domain as your university/school email address (eg. @university.ac.uk)?

Are you trying to sign into the Education hub here: https://portal.azure.com/?l=en.en-gb#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Education/EducationMenuBlade?

Are you trying to apply for an Azure Student subscription?

2- Yes ı am trying this link education azure for access to gain microsoft visio license

Hey there, Ahmet Selim OKTAR

When signing up for the Azure Student subscription, here: https://azure.microsoft.com/free/students

Please make sure you are signing into the form with a personal Microsoft account. This is what is used to attach your credits to and creates your tenant with.

Then use your university email address where it asks for it within the form which will send you the email verification used to verify your student status.

If you have signed up and provided your university email, but have got a notification telling you that your verification has not been successful. Please can you check that your email address has the same domain as your university/college. Sometimes they may have the @student.universityName.ac.uk and their university email is @universityName.ac.uk
