Im getting charged twice for game pass ultimate i have canceled it twice and not sure what to do, I have two that we do use one account is a essential any other account is ultimate, but we're getting charged for a third account. An ultimate one. The next step is to call the bank but I dont want to do that microsoft makes it so hard to get ahold of anyone. HELP!!!! I know im not it the right section but I can't get answers anywhere
