Thousands of spam emails into junk every day and using the 'report phishing' route does not work as exactly the same senders come in every 10 minutes so these email addresses are not being blocked. I never had t6his problem with my old MS Surface running Windows 10

If you're experiencing a high volume of spam emails in your Junk folder and the 'report phishing' option isn't effectively blocking these senders, there are a few steps you can take to help mitigate this issue:

    1. Block Senders: You can manually add the persistent spam senders to your Blocked Senders List in Outlook. This will prevent future emails from those addresses from reaching your inbox.
    2. Use the Built-in Report Button: Make sure you are using the built-in Report button in Outlook to report these emails as junk or phishing. This helps Microsoft improve its filtering systems.
    3. User Reporting Settings: Ensure that user reporting is enabled in your organization's settings, as this can affect how reported emails are handled.
    4. Safe Sender List: If there are legitimate emails mistakenly going to Junk, consider adding those senders to your Safe Sender List to prevent them from being filtered out.
    5. Review Email Filtering Settings: Check your email filtering settings to ensure they are configured to your preference, which may help in reducing spam.

If the problem persists, you may want to reach out to your IT administrator for further assistance, especially if this is a recurring issue across multiple users in your organization.
