If the on-screen keyboard is not showing in Copilot for Excel after changing your subscription, there are a few things you can check:

    1. License Check: Ensure that you are assigned a license that supports Microsoft 365 Copilot. Sometimes, a new license assignment can take time to propagate, which might prevent Copilot from being available immediately.
    2. Account Conflicts: Make sure you are not signed in with both a personal account and a work or school account simultaneously, as this can cause validation issues with Copilot.
    3. Internet Connectivity: Check your internet connection, as Copilot requires a stable connection to function properly.
    4. Privacy Settings: Verify that Copilot is not blocked by your privacy settings within Microsoft 365.
    5. App Updates: Ensure that your Microsoft 365 apps are up to date, as recent updates can sometimes affect functionality.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consult your Microsoft 365 admin for further assistance or consider reaching out to Microsoft support for live help.
