when i try to login as student it say's unable to work with this your mail even i have tried my university email too.

In most cases, the issue occurs because the university email domain is not recognized or approved for student access, the login method used does not match the email provider (Microsoft vs Google), the student account is not yet provisioned or activated by the institution, or the account was previously created using a personal email address. In some scenarios, cached browser data may also interfere with authentication and cause this error.

Refer below points to resolve this issue or this is the workaround:

Verify university email eligibility Ensure that your university email is enabled for external student services. Some institutions provide email addresses that work internally but are not tagged as student accounts for third‑party platforms. Please contact your university IT or student helpdesk to confirm that your email is eligible for student verification.

Use the correct sign-in method If your university email is Microsoft/Outlook-based, make sure you are selecting Sign in with Microsoft. If your institution uses Google Workspace, use Sign in with Google. Using the wrong sign-in option can result in this error even if the email address is valid.
