Clipchamp permanently stuck on "We’re saving your projects to OneDrive" (account container locked)

My Clipchamp editor is permanently stuck on “We’re saving your projects to OneDrive” in both browser and desktop app.

I have already:

  • cleared cache
  • reset Windows credentials / WAM tokens
  • unlinked and relinked OneDrive
  • reinstalled Clipchamp
  • tested multiple devices and browsers

The problem persists and projects cannot open.

This indicates a corrupted Clipchamp project container / migration lock tied to my Microsoft account (Clipchamp Classic → new Clipchamp).

I need a Microsoft moderator to escalate this to the Clipchamp service team to reset the Clipchamp storage container for my account.

Thank you, but this issue cannot be resolved with standard troubleshooting.

This is a known Clipchamp account migration lock where the Clipchamp project container tied to my Microsoft account is corrupted and the workspace cannot provision, causing the permanent "We’re saving your projects to OneDrive" state across all devices.

I need a Microsoft moderator to escalate this to the Clipchamp engineering team for a backend reset of the Clipchamp storage container.

Please escalate — local troubleshooting is no longer applicable.

It seems you are experiencing a persistent issue with Clipchamp being stuck on "We’re saving your projects to OneDrive." Since you've already taken several troubleshooting steps such as clearing cache, resetting Windows credentials, unlinking and relinking OneDrive, reinstalling Clipchamp, and testing on multiple devices and browsers, it may indicate a deeper issue with your Clipchamp project container or a migration lock related to your Microsoft account.

Unfortunately, I cannot escalate this issue to a Microsoft moderator or service team directly. I recommend reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance with resetting your Clipchamp storage container. They should be able to provide you with the necessary support to resolve this issue.
