Microsoft Family Safety app is not working

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Microsoft Family Safety app.

I can log in successfully and see my children’s names listed in the app, but I do not see any activity reports, screen time information, app usage, or other details. The app appears mostly blank.

However, when I log in through the Family Safety website, I can see more detailed information. The mobile app does not display the same content that is shown on the website or in the screenshots in the App Store.

I have already tried:

Logging out and back in

Restarting the app

Reinstalling the app

The issue still persists.

Could you please advise if this is a known issue or if there are additional steps I should take?
