Where can we get licensing and billing support? We opened a support ticket using Office 365 Admin portal, but the ticket remained opened and unassigned > 30 days. Please advise who can assist with Microsoft licensing and billing issues?

    Hi @Road Runner Hospice SysAdmin,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I would like to provide you with the following information:

In some cases, when the system receives a support ticket, the ticket may not be routed to the correct department that can assist you. This occurs because the system automatically assigns tickets based on the subject line and the information provided.

Please create a new ticket and use the subject below so that it can be routed correctly to the Billing team:

Subject: Need to contact the Billing Team

After you successfully create the ticket, please share the ticket ID with me via private message. I will assist you in tracking and following up on this ticket.

If you have any updates regarding this issue, please feel free to share them with me. I will be happy to assist you.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.
