i am the owner of STEGI account. i am the only user and admin but but MFA has stopped working

i am the owner of STEGI account. i am the only user and admin. the phone that contains the MFA is missing . so i cannot log into the account even though i have the password.

i need help to recover the account as i need it to Polish my Azure Fabric skills

    Edwin Obe I understand your situation since you’re the only user and Global Administrator on the STEGI account and the phone used for MFA is missing, you’re currently locked out even though you have the password.

    To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
