Onedrive uploaded w/o permission, I don't have that app installed. Help!

I turned off and uninstalled Onedrive last year. This week, thousands of files uploaded without my permission and now it's over capacity. I had no knowledge this was even happening. I'm furious. (I assume it had something to do with the latest Windows update?)

I don't have the app installed. Is there a way to turn off Onedrive without re-installing the app? Regardless, how do I ensure that this never happens again?

Please type regedit in the search on the taskbar to launch registry editor, and go to this path, then take a screenshot and share in your reply.

I suggest you not use the Windows Standard Folders. Keep your files and folders at C:\Users\username\YourFolders. That location bypasses OneDrive completely.

Also, you can keep your files on a separate data partition.
