It seems you are experiencing issues with Word Online on your Lenovo TAB Plus tablet. Here are some potential solutions to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your tablet has a stable internet connection, as Word Online requires it to function properly.
    2. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, clearing the cache of your browser can resolve issues with web applications. Try this and see if it helps.
    3. Try Different Browsers: Although you mentioned trying different browsers, ensure they are updated to the latest version. Sometimes, specific browser versions can cause compatibility issues.
    4. Disable Browser Extensions: If you have any browser extensions or add-ons, try disabling them as they can interfere with the functionality of web applications.
    5. Use Incognito/Private Mode: Open your browser in incognito or private mode to see if the issue persists. This mode often disables extensions and can help identify if they are causing the problem.
    6. Check for Updates: Make sure your tablet's operating system and any related apps are up to date. Updates can fix bugs and improve performance.
    7. Try a Different Device: If possible, try accessing Word Online from another device to see if the problem is specific to your tablet.

If the issue continues, it may be related to the specific configuration of Word Online or a temporary service issue. You can also check the service status of Microsoft Office Online for any known outages.
