If you now use OneDrive, then the Documents folder will have moved into the OneDrive folder inside your user folder, so the location in the link needs to be changed to C:\Users\USER\OneDrive\Documents

It seems that the hyperlink you are trying to use points to a local file path on your old PC, which is likely not accessible on your new setup with OneDrive. When you switch to OneDrive, files are stored in the cloud rather than on your local drive, so the local path (C:\USER\USER\Documents) will not work.

To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Check OneDrive Sync: Ensure that the files you need are synced to your OneDrive. You can access them via the OneDrive folder on your PC.
    2. Update Hyperlink: If the files are now in OneDrive, you will need to update the hyperlink to point to the new OneDrive location. The path will look something like this: https://yourtenant-my.sharepoint.com/personal/yourusername/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc={document_id}.
    3. Access Files via OneDrive: Alternatively, you can navigate to the OneDrive web interface or use the OneDrive app to access your documents directly.

If you still encounter issues, consider checking for any specific error messages or settings related to document access in OneDrive or SharePoint.
