Hey there! Nice to meet you!

You may follow the guide on the official Microsoft website to investigate and locate the charge from Microsoft on this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

If you're able to find the transaction and if it is an unwanted subscription renewal, you can check if it is eligible for a refund through this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription-67dca30b-b323-44d5-acc2-e02f9902c472

You may also try contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance in tracking the transaction:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Billing Issue" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser

If you and the Support Team are unable to find the transaction in all of your accounts, you'll need to contact your financial institution/bank directly to dispute it, and they may process a refund, as this would be considered a fraudulent charge.

You may also need to have your card blocked and request a new one.

Thank you for your understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

To find out where you are being charged from, especially if you have multiple accounts, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Your Payment History: Review the payment history on all Microsoft accounts you have access to. This can help you identify any subscriptions or charges that might be linked to those accounts.
    2. Look for Invoices: If you see charges on your credit card statement that you don’t recognize, you can search for invoices in the Microsoft account portal. Sometimes charges may belong to a different subscription or billing profile.
    3. Use the Azure Portal: If you have Azure subscriptions, you can sign in to the Azure portal and search for invoice numbers to view your invoices. This can help clarify any charges that may not be immediately visible.
    4. Contact Support: If you still cannot identify the charges, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance. They can help you investigate any unauthorized charges or subscriptions linked to your card.
    5. Check for Account Security: Ensure that your accounts are secure. Change passwords and remove any payment methods that you do not recognize or no longer use.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify where the charges are coming from and take appropriate action if necessary.
