I had two HP devices today that wanted the bitlocker key after BIOS update that was pushed by windows quality updates. Windows asked three times for the key (three reboots).
Both devices with same details on bitlocker screen:
7_6_800000e0_800000e0_OSLoaderAuthoritySignature_OSLoaderAuthoritySignature_7_7_30bf...7dd5_9289...0a2b_1
Is that a concern?

It appears that the behavior you are experiencing with the BitLocker key requests after BIOS updates is related to how BitLocker interacts with firmware changes. When a BIOS update is pushed, especially if it modifies the Secure Boot configuration or other integrity validation settings, BitLocker may trigger recovery mode, requiring the recovery key to access the system. This is a normal security feature designed to protect the data on the device.
If you are seeing multiple requests for the BitLocker key after the BIOS update, it could indicate that the update has altered the system's configuration in a way that BitLocker considers a potential security risk. You should ensure that the firmware updates are compatible with your devices and check the event logs for any specific BitLocker events that could provide more insight into why the recovery was triggered.
For further diagnosis, you can refer to the troubleshooting steps provided for BitLocker recovery issues, which include checking the PCR values and TCG logs to understand the changes that occurred during the BIOS update.
