Really Desperate - Sole Microsoft Global Admin Locked Out of Account
Hi all,
I would be hugely appreciative of anyone who reads the below and can help me ASAP as I'm pretty desperate. Money is tight and I need to work at full capacity so I can pay the bills and feed the family.
I am the only global admin of my 365 business account. While signing up with a Password Manager app, I somehow changed the password automatically but lost track of it. The recovery email address assigned to the account is the one I'm locked out of.
I've logged a ticket (I have the reference number) and am awaiting a call back, however I use a Voip (Devyce) and sometimes it doesn't process calls from foreign numbers properly, in which case it just won't ring.
At the very least I need to change the number that I'm called back on, which I've been unable to do with the bots on customer service.
More importantly, I want reassurance the ticket is logged correctly and it won't take days, or worse weeks to be contacted, because the consequences really would be dire for me and my family.
