Sole Global Admin Locked Out

Question

Hi all,

I started my business only on Monday and am already locked out of my Microsoft Business Account, I'm the sole global admin. My recovery email address is the one I'm locked out of and the phone number I logged the case with is not receiving calls from certain numbers properly.

At the very least I need to update the call back number registered to the case, but Ideally I would like reassurances that a response won't take days or weeks. It's critical that I gain access to this email address very soon as I cannot work without it.

Thank you for posting your question on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

In your case, you may create a temporary trial tenant to submit a support request for recovery access through the Microsoft 365 admin center. You can start with a trial license here: Microsoft 365 Business Plans and Pricing | Microsoft 365 and then you can go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center > On the bottom right side of the page, select Help & support

For reference: Get support | Microsoft 365 admin

This is a trial tenant for submit ticket quickly and remember to cancel before the end date.

It is noted that as a community moderator, I do not have the permissions required to access or recover Global privileges on your behalf.
