I have Microsoft Teams Premium and I want to set up a webinar series that has multiple sessions basically monthly.

I'm trying to set up a webinar series that has one registration event link so that when they go there they can choose which month they would like to attend the webinar:

  • April
  • May
  • June

It's all through the same registration link. The only way I've seen to be able to do this would be to duplicate the original Webinar event and set that to a different time but then you get a new individual registration link for each one.

    Dear @William Sympson,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand that you’re looking for a single, shared registration link where attendees can select their preferred month (e.g., April, May, June) and register once for that specific session without needing to create separate public-facing registration links for each date.

Based on my research, Microsoft Teams webinars currently do not natively support a single registration page that allows attendees to choose from multiple future sessions (such as selecting a month from a dropdown list of upcoming dates).

However, here are the most practical solutions commonly used by organizations in similar scenarios:

1.Separate Webinars + Central Landing Page (Most Reliable for Tracking & Features)

Create one webinar per month (duplicate the original and just update the date/time).

Use the same branding, description, presenters, and custom registration questions across all.

Collect the individual registration links (e.g., April link, May link, June link).

Build a simple central page (in SharePoint or external site like your website/WordPress) that lists:

    Choose your session:

    • April [Register here] (link to April webinar reg)
    • May [Register here] (link to May)
    • June [Register here] (link to June)

Share/promote only this one central link (e.g., "Register for our Monthly Webinar Series").

2.Use Microsoft Forms for Selection + Redirect to Specific Webinars

    • Create a Microsoft Form titled "Monthly Webinar Series Registration."
    • Add a choice question: "Which month would you like to attend?" with options April, May, June, etc.
    • Add other fields (name, email, custom questions).
    • Based on selection, show a message with the corresponding webinar registration link and instructions ("Click here to complete registration for [Month]).
    • Share the Form link as your "single registration" entry point.

While this approach simplifies the entry experience, attendees will still need to complete the final Teams webinar registration step.

Additionally, I strongly recommend that you share your detailed experience and feedback directly with the Microsoft product team through their official feedback channels. This is the most effective way to make your voice heard and influence future feature improvements and adjustments.

You can visit the Ideas · Community to submit a new idea or vote on existing one. Our product team is in charge of the site, and they constantly check customer reviews and feedback. The higher votes, the more attention the related team will pay, and a lot of the features are developed and improved based on customer feedback. As a moderator, I will also pass along your feedback to the appropriate team for further consideration. While I don't directly influence product design, user feedback is actively reviewed and helps prioritize future development. If you’re unable to submit feedback yourself, please feel free to reach out to me, and I’ll be happy to submit it on your behalf.

I appreciate your kindness and understanding as we deal with these evolutionary product changes. Please get in touch if you need anything else. Have a wonderful day.
