May I ask if you are referring to the verification email whenever you log in to your account? If so, please check your account security and see if the email address is added as your verification.
- Go to your account page (https://account.microsoft.com), then log in to your account.
- Go to the security tab and then click "Manage how you sign in".
- Check if the email is listed. If not, please add the email.
- If you see it, please click on it and see that the Receive alerts is enabled.
- Remove or disable received alerts for those verification methods you do not want.
