When going through the support request process that is documented, the support wizard does not allow to submit the actual request even though thats what it tells you to do. i am stuck and unable to file a support request to get a quota increase. that is a serious bug in the wizard, it does not let you create a support request.

    Hii @Joey Cruz ,

Thank you for providing the screenshots.

You are looking to increase your email sending quota for Azure Communication Services. For this you need to create a support request. Before you make the request, assess how many emails you plan to send. Consider key factors like:

    • Maximum messages per minute
    • Maximum messages per hour
    • Maximum messages per day

Please follow the below steps to create support request in Azure Portal.

Sign in to the Help + support - Microsoft Azure

    Click on Create support request.

Enter quota in the box and click on 'Go'.

Search for Quota type: Select Service and Subscription Limits(Quotas)

    1. Then click on Create a support request. Screenshot 2025-12-10 234101

It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with the support request process for Azure Communication Services. If the support wizard is not allowing you to submit the request, this could potentially be a bug or a temporary issue with the Azure portal. Here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Refresh the Page: Sometimes, simply refreshing the browser can resolve temporary glitches.
    2. Clear Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help eliminate any corrupted data that might be causing issues.
    3. Try a Different Browser: If the problem persists, try using a different web browser to see if the issue is browser-specific.
    4. Check Azure Service Status: Ensure that there are no ongoing issues with Azure services that might be affecting the support request functionality.
    5. Contact Azure Support: If none of the above steps work, consider reaching out to Azure support through another channel, such as phone or chat, if available.

If you continue to face issues, documenting the steps you took and any error messages you received can be helpful when contacting support.
