I. First, check your bank or credit card statement: Please look at your transaction history to see if any money has actually been taken out.
1. Look closely at the description. Does it say "APPLE.COM/BILL" or "MICROSOFT"?
2. If you haven't been charged. It is highly likely that the transaction failed because school accounts often have restrictions that block personal purchases. If this is the case, you don't need to do anything further.
3. Please also double-check both your school email inbox and the email associated with your Apple ID on your Mac to see if you received any official receipt or invoice.
II. If you have been charged: Please proceed based on who processed the payment:
If charged by Apple: Since you are on MacOS and bought it via the app, the billing is likely handled by the App Store. In this case, you need to manage the subscription or request a refund through Apple directly.

If charged by Microsoft: If the statement clearly says Microsoft but you cannot log in to any personal email to cancel it, please contact your School's IT / Helpdesk department. Since the purchase was initiated under the school account, they can help you:
- Confirm if any license was assigned to your user account.
- Assist in removing the subscription if it was purchased in error.
