I understand your concern about the software you downloaded and suspected it might be a malware. As I checked on it, the domain of the studio is young and some of the scanner is giving it a low trust score, which do raise concern on the site. Besides, on the photo you sent, the seemingly support person is asking you to pay to unban your account. It is a red flag for scam alert, since it is very illogical. I'll ignore the part that whether or not the ban was correct, but the action to buy Pro to unban account simply not how banning works and actually used in many scam scenarios.

With this, the apps that you downloaded could be a malware. Deleting it would be a right way to go; however, we still need to check if it has already left any files on it. You should open Windows Defender and run a full system scan to make sure there are no leftover of this. Additionally, may I know if the file asks for administrator rights when you download and run it? Roblox builder don't require admin rights, so there is no reason for it to ask for one.

Based on your description, it seems like the AI you downloaded may be behaving unexpectedly, which could be concerning. However, without specific details about the app's behavior and the nature of the scripts it was generating, it's difficult to definitively say whether it is malware or just a poorly designed application.

If the AI is causing issues such as banning your account or making claims about multiple accounts, it could be a result of how the app is programmed rather than malware. It's important to ensure that any app you use, especially those that interact with online platforms like Roblox, comes from a trusted source.

To protect yourself, consider the following steps:

    1. Run a Malware Scan: Use a reliable antivirus or anti-malware tool to scan your device for any potential threats.
    2. Uninstall the App: If you suspect the app is causing problems, uninstall it to prevent any further issues.
    3. Contact Support: Reach out to Roblox support for clarification on the ban and any issues related to your account.
    4. Monitor Your Accounts: Keep an eye on your accounts for any unusual activity.

If you have further concerns or notice any suspicious activity, it might be wise to consult with a cybersecurity professional.
