I understand your concern about the software you downloaded and suspected it might be a malware. As I checked on it, the domain of the studio is young and some of the scanner is giving it a low trust score, which do raise concern on the site. Besides, on the photo you sent, the seemingly support person is asking you to pay to unban your account. It is a red flag for scam alert, since it is very illogical. I'll ignore the part that whether or not the ban was correct, but the action to buy Pro to unban account simply not how banning works and actually used in many scam scenarios.
With this, the apps that you downloaded could be a malware. Deleting it would be a right way to go; however, we still need to check if it has already left any files on it. You should open Windows Defender and run a full system scan to make sure there are no leftover of this. Additionally, may I know if the file asks for administrator rights when you download and run it? Roblox builder don't require admin rights, so there is no reason for it to ask for one.
